If you manage multiple stores, you shouldn't have to have multiple logins. Many of our clients don't know that we can set your login to manage multiple stores. If you are interested in having access to all of your stores from one login, let us know by emailing email@example.com. Include the account numbers and the login that you want these stores added to. Once your setup is complete, you will see a drop down list of your stores. Simply select the store that you want to shop for and that store will be activated.

As Southeast Pet continues to strive to offer the southeast the best service we possibly can, we saw the opportunity to expand our distribution area to include all of Florida. By adding a second warehouse location in March 2013, we have moved toward expanding deliveries to the whole state of Florida, when before we were only able to service the Panhandle areas.
Our new office & warehouse space is located in Lakeland, Florida. It has 27,000 sq ft. of product space. We have over 50 manufacter's represented in our Florida selection, but are adding products and manufacturers continuously. Representing Southeast Pet in Florida are our two new sales representatives, Ingrid Berger & Sharon Rosete. Both come with years of experience in the pet industry and are very familiar with the Florida market. We are very happy with the expertise they bring to our team and know that they will take great care of all your store's needs.
Thank you for your support and participation in another successful Southeast Pet Open House! Paw Wars featured an expanded selection of new manufacturers and products, great speakers & even Darth Vader himself made an appearance! We had a great time seeing everyone at Paw Wars and we hope you did too! Plans for our 2014 Open House are already underway!

We are expanding the scope of our voluntary recall to include all Natura brand products with expiration dates
up to and including March 24, 2014.
Please notify your stores of this voluntary recall of affected products as outlined in the table below. Also,
please advise your stores to follow the attached retrieval instructions to execute this voluntary recall.
As we continued to work with the FDA, we want to ensure that every product in the marketplace meets our
highest quality standards. Therefore, we are making the voluntary decision to expand our current recall.
We have already implemented a number of enhancements to our sanitation and production processes. We
have worked closely with the FDA throughout this process.
The Natura plant in Fremont Nebraska is back in full production and running 24/7 to resupply the market as
soon as possible. All products now go through positive release testing-which ensures that all products shipping
from Fremont meet our high quality standards. Our resupply efforts are well underway and we continue to ship
products as they are produced.
Updated Scope of Voluntary Recall:
Dear Valued Client,
Natura Pet is expanding the recall of specific California Natural, Innova, EVO, Karma and Healthwise formulas as a precautionary measure due to potential Salmonella contamination. Mother Nature and wet products are not included in this recall. No other P&G Pet Care brands are impacted by this recall.
We were alerted to a single case of Salmonella in a 2.2lb package of EVO Turkey & Chicken Cat Food on March 15th and took the precautionary measure of recalling all products produced on the same line within the same time frame. In the course of further examination, Salmonella was also discovered in other packages of EVO Turkey & Chicken Cat Food and Innova Cat Treats. We are taking the immediate and precautionary action of expanding the current recall to include additional Natura products that were produced between December 14th 2012 and March 24th,2013 on the same production line. We are also recalling a single lot of Innova Cat treats. True to our heritage, we will be transparent as we work through this issue.
Plans are in place to increase production and expedite release of product, but some supply disruptions should be expected.
Salmonella and other contaminants pose a great challenge to the food industry. No company is immune. We assure you that we are extensively investigating, inspecting and taking all actions necessary to ensure that our products meet both your client’s expectations and ours.
If additional risks are identified, we will take immediate action to protect the health of our pets and integrity of our products. We are committed to doing what is necessary to make the healthiest pet foods in the world.
The attached document lists impacted SKUs with specific lot codes and expiration dates for both the previously announced voluntary recall and this expansion.

Natura Pet is voluntarily recalling specific California Natural, Innova, EVO, and Healthwise dry dog, cat, and ferret SKUs as a precautionary measure due to potential Salmonella contamination. No Karma, Mother Nature, wet or treat products are included in this recall. No illnesses have been reported from the recalled product and no other P&G Pet Care brands are impacted by this recall.
We were alerted to a single case of Salmonella in a 2.2lb package of EVO Turkey & Chicken Cat Food. We are taking the precautionary measure to voluntarily recall the entire production window that was produced from December 17-January 2. We believe this action is consistent with our ongoing commitment to product quality and animal and human safety.
Salmonella and other contaminants pose a great challenge to the food industry. No company is immune. We have fully investigated and identified the cause of this incident, and will continue to review and improve upon our manufacturing standards. The Fremont plant is in full production to quickly resupply any potential gaps.

This is always an interesting and exciting time of the year. It’s a time to reflect on the previous year and to plan for and look forward to the upcoming year. We’ve had an exciting year here at Southeast Pet and we’d like to thank you for your support and your business.
As I look back on the year, we were able to accomplish a number of initiatives including the following:
· We were successful in adding a number of great suppliers.
· We had a very successful open house.
· We acquired and integrated NC Natural (a North Carolina based distributor).
· We reorganized our sales territories to help maximize our time with clients.
· We partnered with Merchants for Change to create the Southeast Pet Project (a program designed to help our clients lower their credit card rates while raising money at the point of sale for animal shelters and charities). Read More Here
